1. Is it safe to buy from mastifflight.com?

Yes. Our site utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring your sensitive information (like credit card numbers and personal details) remains confidential during transmission across any network.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

For online orders, we accept PayPal ( including credit card payments ). For offline orders, we accept Payoneer, T/T ( bank transfer ), and Western Union.

3. Do you sell at retail or wholesale prices?

Both. Individual items are priced at retail, while wholesale orders qualify for volume discounts. Contact us for detailed pricing tiers.

4. How quickly do you ship orders?

Most orders ship within 2 business days after payment clears. Large quantity orders may require additional time for quality checks. We’ll keep you updated on shipment progress.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Once the package leaves our sorting center, cancellation is no longer possible as it enters the carrier’s system.

6. What shipping methods do you offer?

- Under 3kg: Standard international airmail ( 10 - 20 business days )  

- Over 3kg: Express air freight ( 5 - 9 business days )  

- Premium carriers ( DHL / UPS / FedEx ): Available with surcharges based on weight / destination  

- Bulk orders: Ocean freight or railway options

7. Do You accept returns?

Yes, for returns / exchanges:  

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery  

- Ship items back within 30 days  

Exceptions: Customized / personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged / defective. Customers cover return shipping costs and are responsible for value loss if items aren’t returned in original condition.

8. How are customs duties handled?

Import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend verifying your country’s import policies before ordering. Mastifflight.com cannot resolve customs-related issues or cover associated fees. Contact us with any questions.
